RecommendedI moved in a few months ago and have enjoyed it! I love my little home. It’s a bit of an older building so expect some minor fixes, which the maintenance has no problem fixing! Everyone here has been helpful and kind. Parking is good, and I love the landscaping. Overall happy with everything!

Cynthia Duque hit our car and ran. She is avoiding us and the police. Multiple witnesses. Terrible excuse for a person. Hit, run, then avoid all contact.
This place is very quiet and trash pickup at your front door. They have an Awesome swimming pool area with a bbq pit and a large bar area and very friendly and knowledgable staff.♥️
I'd definitely recommended this apartment to live in. Fun and friendly staff always there for you and caring about their tenants.
My past experiences with The Veranda Apartments are friendly and helpful staff as well as attentive maintenance all within a great part of Corpus. My family and I enjoyed our time there. Would highly recommend :)
Absolutely love living here at The Veranda. The Cynthia and Amanda are always so friendly and Maintenance staff fast and amazing. I would highly recommend The Veranda to anybody.
