Great move in experience. Nikaya was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. The property is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Definitely one of the best apartment communities in Alpharetta, GA.

I lived at Venue at Big Creek for five years. The school district and location are great that’s the biggest positive. But amenities alone don’t make a place feel like home. Over time, management became increasingly rigid and inconsistent. Rules like pool wristband guest limits were enforced despite not being outlined in my lease. I was also charged a $600 “event fee” for a small clubhouse gathering, even though there was no lease language limiting guests or supporting that charge. I posted a review here a few months ago but am reposting it back up since my issue was not taken care of. I took the original down because the issue was fixed for a couple of weeks but has now returned after promises it would be taken care of. If you have an issue with noisy neighbors, the office will not take care of you. To preface, this is my 8th year living in apartment complexes, so I understand that there may be some occasional noise like footsteps and the occasional bang.
