This is a beautiful complex with an "oasis" pool area and grounds well tended, lake with fountain. The HOA takes very good care of the buildings and tenants.
Not impressed. The Ventura at Turtle Creek condo association has not kept upkeep on the complex. I have lived here for almost 17 years. The community has become neglected since Don left. We have had bird defecation on the railings to the building. A neighbor had to clean it up. The complex is consistently unclean. There was dog urination left behind overnight in the building elevator. It was a health issue. We will not be renewing our lease here.
