I took my wife here today and they were absolutely amazing. The entire team from the moment we got to the appt treated us (Her) fantastic. Lori did her ultrasound and she was great. Nick prepped us for the actual dr appt and he was also great. Then Kristy came in to meet with us... She is quite special in the sense that she is thorough, listens, caring, personable & definitely knows her stuff. Just wonderful!! As soon as you enter the office door the lady’s are saying hello, how are you. How can we help you. make you fill so happy to be there. Everyone in the back is just as nice. I never dreaded going because I know they’re gonna take great care of me. VB
Every member of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor was efficient and friendly. Dr. Downing answered all questions clearly without any condescension and Brittany took the time to explain every statement on the form which I had been given.
Dr Andy Brown and his nurses are fantastic. The nurses are A 1.
Lovely, caring staff who made a medical procedure as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Truly caring and went above and beyond to accommodate and facilitate. Folks, these are real professionals in every sense and would recommend them highly!
