My mom went to this place for over 2 years, and spent thousands of dollars for none of the treatments to work. Her veins in her legs are even worse now, and they charged her for things that were supposed to be free. In her time going here the communication was awful and it was very difficult to schedule appointments. No refunds or additional help was offered to my mom. This place really sucks.

Appointments are very hard to make and I was only offered late Monday afternoons at the Santa Ana location for sclerotherapy. Note that they close the office early some days but you wouldn’t know by their posted hours. The sclerotherapy didn’t work for me even though I followed aftercare exactly as instructed. When their expensive treatment didn’t work they referred me to a dermatologist which, ironically, is the person who referred me to them.

This place has made me feel like they don’t have respect for people’s time, and I believe all stems from the front desk and the lack of follow through in this location. I had a first visit back on March where they told me I would get a follow up call soon to discuss treatment. The “soon” turned into three months of me trying to reach someone, leaving voicemails and text messages.
