Very great service and food is amazing..
First time here, we had the two meat plate with sliced brisket and sausage. Subbed out the sides for a baked potato 🥔. Self serve condiments like sliced onions, dill pickles, and jalapeños. Oh, and sliced white bread for sopping up the sauce. Next visit we’ll try the pork ribs and maybe the chicken.
Great tasting BBQ here! Highly recommend if you're in the Waxahachie, TX area.
Brisket was over cooked and dry. Sliced brisket should not crumble when trying to pick it up with a fork. Ribs had a terrible after taste like they were cooked with green pecan or they soaked the charcoal or wood in lighter fluid to get the pit going.
The service was only okay
Love the brisket nachos! YUMMY 😋
