Great, we had sliced brisket, ribs, baked potato, ranch beans, green beens. All great. Super friendly staff!
Absolutely amazing, I’m from Missouri and recently moved to DFW. I haven’t had decent BBQ since I left home. We travel for work absolutely amazing service and BBQ. What a gem this place is. If you order potatoes prepare to have left overs or share with someone. The meat was not over done and the flavor was outstanding. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to return to the area. We will definitely make the trip back even if we have to go out of our way
I’ve never experienced the melts in your mouth when it comes to meat but the pulled pork did it! It’s the best I’ve ever had! The pork ribs and sausages were great also! Definitely want to go back and try the other meats! They’ve definitely nailed the BBQ sauce, I loved that it was smooth and not over vinegary. Waxahachie is lucky to have such a great place!

Amazing BBQ! The smoked chicken was juicy melt in your mouth! Had to get a whole chicken to take home. And for $11. 😳 say what?!?! Sliced brisket was a stunner. Cant wait to try the fatty chopped brisket next time. Sides are all house made and terrific!

Jason and Money rock. I really enjoyed the Chopped brisket sandwich and hot salsa that Jason makes. The food taste amazing and they are great people to be running the Vault Smokehouse. Great atmosphere, great food, and great people. I'm glad I finally got to try what's in the Vault. 11 out of 10.
Our food was delicious! I won a gift certificate, we figured we'd take advantage of it. Very pleased with our food.
