I came in for a facial today and came out feeling refreshed, hydrated & rejuvenated! Nasreen is very knowledgeable and attentive. She is always answering my questions, and explains her techniques very well. Her staff is always warm & welcoming. The spa is beautiful, not to mention very unique!!
I LOVE going to the Vault! I have seen Nasreen over the past couple of years for facials. Nasreen really listens to you as a client & what your skin care needs are. She will provide suggestions and additional advice if asked. My skin looks and feels better for months after my Bespoke Facial Treatment. The Vault also carries a wonderful line of high quality facial products to purchase and use at home. I can't wait until my next visit!
I would give this place a million stars if I could. My husband treated me to a mani/pedi, facial, and massage for Mother’s Day and this place exceeded my expectations. They had some of the best customer service I have seen, and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Just want to the Vault for my first service, it was a wonderful experience! Nasreen was amazing, I definitely will be back. And the location downtown Davenport is so unique and inviting!
I’m not saying you have to go to The Vault for all your spa/beauty needs. I’m just saying that if you don’t go here, know that you’re wrong. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is super friendly! You really can’t beat it!
Just left my first ever appointment here. Love the nails, love the staff!
