I am answering the question asked, "Do you recommend The Vault?" The answer is "no." I've had the food years ago and didn't feel it it was worth returning for and I have not. But the reason I would not recommend this restaurant now is because of the owner's negative comments about her customers in an recent newspaper article.
Try the jam n gin if you haven't!
