I was in Tulsa for business and decided to try The Vault since it was two blocks from my hotel. The restaurant is in a repurposed bank building from the 60s. Very open air feel with an early 60s flair. The staff were very polite and attentive. I had a traditional mojito that was made perfectly. I ordered the tomato bisque as an appetizer. Delicious!
