The varsity Townhomes are a great place to live if you’re looking to get some experience on your own or room with a friend. The town home is very cozy and have a decent amount of space. The management team are very accommodating and very helpful! highly recommend
Great apartment complex. Walking distance to Main Street and University of Delaware, takes only 10 minutes walk. Great office and maintenance staff. Maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner. Access to walking trail and basketball court at the back of the property.
Staff is amazing and extremely helpful! Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Apartments themselves are well kept and updated! Perfect size!
