Great area and distance from campus and other local attractions! The apartments are roomy and have great amenities along with parking!
The varsity is a great place to live, the staff is always eager to assist!
The Varsity and Railyard are great places to live on campus, very friendly, and quick with responding to renters.
Our experience in this unit was extremely disappointing due to the landlord and property manager’s complete neglect of their responsibilities. From the moment we moved in, the unit had serious issues that made it nearly impossible to live in comfortably. The walls had large cracks and holes, including some that opened directly into the neighboring unit, compromising both our privacy and safety while allowing a persistent bad odor to spread into our space.
