Brandon, Josh, Doug and Kevin all work with The Varsity and the rail yards. These are some of the cleanest professionally managed dorm room facilities we’ve ever seen and they are an amazing staff to work with.,.”
I’ve now lived at Varsity Townhomes for 2 years. Beth and Melissa have been the most incredible team and are a true dynamic duo. The maintenance team is attentive, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. In the winter, grounds were sanded and salted and the charcoal grills and fire pit are always up for a good night. Graduating from UD this May is great and all, but living at Varsity will definitely be missed. Gold Standard for college living.
