This is Rebranded Red Robin's. Absolutely love this place. Bh far my favorite restaurant. The staff has always been friendly and prompt with service. The menu is the same as at Red Robin's and then some. Their new bruschetta flatbread is absolutely amazing!!! 100% would recommend this place for any food outing... Family dinner or date night... The milkshakes are worth a try as well. Cannot say enough good things about their food and service!
Only the bartender helped us the most. The waitress had too many tables and was busy running around trying to keep up.
I had a bit of a mix-up with my order during my visit, but I honestly left with such a positive impression. Mateo, our server, was incredibly kind, friendly, and handled the situation with so much professionalism. He owned up to the mistake right away, which I really appreciated—it made a big difference. Catherine, the manager, also stepped in and kindly covered the bill, which was completely unexpected and showed how much they value their customers.
