I like living here! Good amenities and friendly staff. They host community event as well which are nice.
Varsity does not secure the building. Almost every morning, homeless people are sleeping in the lobby. The front door is not locked. They no longer have a security guard in the lobby. Management has been contacted multiple times and says they will fix it but they haven’t. My first contact with them about these things was over a month ago. The staff is polite and responsive to me but not to my student. Think twice about having your student live here especially at this price. - a current tenant’s parent.
Living at the Varsity has been a great experience for me! I've lived here for the past 2 years and I just signed a lease for the next year. Varsity offers great amenities that I use all the time. The building is clean, modern and luxurious. The management and staff have always been polite and helpful whenever I needed something. I highly recommend living here!
