I lived here for 14 months, While I lived here, maintenance would Close your request and mark the mass completed before anyone fixed damages. My bathroom ceiling was leaking and it took a month for someone to come and fix it. Recently moved out and can’t get a hold of the leasing office at all. They don’t answer the phone and they’re walk in hours are all over the place
Maintenance did a good job yesterday on a work order. They explained that the exhaust fan doesn't suck air that it moves it around. I still have 3 open work orders.
Came to tour a 2 bed 1 bath we were given keys to two units and told we would have to give ourselves our own tour due to being understaffed and only having one worker present in the leasing office. When on our way to view the first unit we asked a resident how they liked living there and he said it was a garbage dump and he is leaving as soon as his lease was up.
