Update 2026: Stay away from this place unless you want to have your rent artificially increased through fees for services that used to be included or for services that no one asked for (valet trash removal, security lockboxes, etc.) Management doesn't care. Repairs are barely ever done. This place is going downhill fast.
⚠️⚠️ DO NOT MOVE HERE ⚠️⚠️ Take that 1⭐️ as a negative rating. Do NOT move here. This place is not worth it. Since Goldoller took over, it has become a nightmare. This property management does nothing but suck money out of residents. There is no value, no service—just constant charges. They keep taking from residents while providing little to no value. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Living here feels like being constantly drained for money. This management only cares about collecting fees, not about residents at all.
