Mike was absolutely great! issues were fixed very fast he did two separate requests in under 20 minutes exactly how I asked.
We recently moved into the Shipyard and had Kathy as our move-in consultant. She was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from day one. Any issues we encountered were handled promptly and with care, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Shipyard resident for 5 years. Started off great then as soon as Ironstate took over as management each year has gotten worse and worse. Poor management of the pool, constant amenity fee increases, completely ruined the Berkshire lobby, and crazy policies, especially in the last year, that push more restrictions without any security or benefit for the tenant.
