The Valley POA is a neighborhood association that is active in maintaining the CCR's for The Property Owners. They maintain mowing of all common areas including the park area. They also oversee & maintain the neighborhood park facilities for the residents. The Valley is really a great place to live.
The Valley is located in Edmond Oklahoma. Shopping, dining and groceries stores are just minutes away! I really love the family friendly atmosphere my community has to offer with association dues way below other neighborhoods that offer the same amenities. I also really like all the neighborhood improvements. This association works hard to keep our dues at an affordable cost.
Don't live in Valley. The poa president must be embezzling all the fees. Alot goes in but I don't see where it is being spent on the neighborhood. Neighbors steal from Neighbors. Police don't patrol. One of the worst neighborhoods I've lived in.
