We visited Valley MFM in Paramus today for a first-trimester screening — NT scan, genetic counseling, and NIPT. Sujatha Lingala performed the ultrasound and Dr. Hunter Gomez-Roberts reviewed and signed the report. The scan was thorough, unhurried, and every measurement was explained clearly. I would like to share a 5-star experience with Valley Maternal Fetal Medicine after two very memorable appointments during my first pregnancy as a first-time mom. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming during both visits, which immediately helped put us at ease. The practice was also noticeably clean, organized, and very well maintained, which added to the overall sense of comfort and professionalism. I’ve tried calling this office more than 10 times at different days and times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I’m honestly not sure how appointments are supposed to be made if scheduling never answers. At this point, I’m considering just walking in to try and set one up. Is there a reason the phone is never being answered? Is the system designed so that only patients who try the hardest to get through are able to schedule an appointment?

I received standard scan here, along with a fetal echocardiogram, and genetic testing and consult. All the ultrasound techs & doctors have been very thorough, comforting, and nice. The doctor who ran my echocardiogram explained a bit about her specific work and the work they do hear- and she is a leader in the field, helping create guidelines nationally which is a great comfort. Have had very wonderful experiences!
