I’ve tried calling this office more than 10 times at different days and times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I’m honestly not sure how appointments are supposed to be made if scheduling never answers. At this point, I’m considering just walking in to try and set one up. Is there a reason the phone is never being answered? Is the system designed so that only patients who try the hardest to get through are able to schedule an appointment?
I received standard scan here, along with a fetal echocardiogram, and genetic testing and consult. All the ultrasound techs & doctors have been very thorough, comforting, and nice. The doctor who ran my echocardiogram explained a bit about her specific work and the work they do hear- and she is a leader in the field, helping create guidelines nationally which is a great comfort. Have had very wonderful experiences!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Valley Hospital Maternal Fetal Medicine for my nuchal translucency ultrasound. This is my second pregnancy receiving care here, and once again they exceeded my expectations.
