The big kid child care teacher is not for her. She has lost us, and our friend for this gym. Vanessa is nice but doesn't know how to handle all the children she has! Please get someone who kids can feel safe with???
As a Gold member I expected to be at the very least to be asked if they could accommodate in anyway. Instead they let me cancel my membership without hesitation. Spoke loudly they do not care about their members. But they’ll let you walk right out the door without seeking any type of resolution. Very sad.
