Very disappointed with HelloFresh. A friend of mine has been emailing them for over a year asking if they could support a small food organization that gives food to low-income families every Saturday. Even if they cannot donate, the least they could do is reply to one email and say no. Ignoring emails for over a year is very unprofessional and shows lack of care for community organizations and volunteers who are trying to help people in need. A simple response would have been appreciated.
this number has been harassing me for the past 6 months. I asked them to stop calling, I filed complaints, they keep calling anyway. Next step will be to file a lawsuit and claim damages.
