The recipes were good sized portions with easy to follow instructions. The meals were tasty. The single use packaging was concerning. Once they just didn't show up. I called and was informed the meals were cancelled by the courier. No reason given, not postponed till the next day - just CANCELLED! They come next week. Customer service tried to reassure me there would be a refund. Not good enough. Prices rose every week.
Charged me almost $100 for not doing anything, and I never put any banking information in the website or app. Horrible company. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet.
Very disappointed with HelloFresh. A friend of mine has been emailing them for over a year asking if they could support a small food organization that gives food to low-income families every Saturday. Even if they cannot donate, the least they could do is reply to one email and say no. Ignoring emails for over a year is very unprofessional and shows lack of care for community organizations and volunteers who are trying to help people in need. A simple response would have been appreciated.
