Overall a good experience. Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle, they were very professional. For the most part, they were fair on pricing of the vehicle I was inquiring about. The car was ready when I arrived for a test drive. They were not pushy at all, and have kept contact since my visit. Would definitely recommend this spot if you need a vehicle.
Good customer service and follow-up. We ended up buying a car from some where else.
Spoke to a salesman questioned the fact that there's a $2,000 add-on not in the list price for all vehicles. A girl from customer service got back to me and after a bit of back and forth agreed to remove that $2,000 package and sell it for the listed price. Then I questioned the warranty it clearly says in their ad and in the pictures of the car that all vehicles come with a 6 months 6,000 MI powertrain warranty amongst other things but there's little asterisks there and when you look it up it says excludes vehicles 10 or mo... read more

Dealer didn't disclose the awful damage done to this vehicle on the carfax in their listing. Common practice to leave major things like that out so you have to contact them. Ugh! Buyer beware, prices are not negotiable.
