The owner's name is Mike Surret and he is one of the most shadiest people I have ever met in my life. He is basically selling lemons, cars which do not work properly, as the cars he showed me had all types of problems. I gave him a deposit for a vehicle which he promised he will fix before handing it over to me and he wasted weeks of my time by lying each and every time I asked him about the progress. I wouldn't even give Factory 21 or Mike Surette one star. I have been totally scammed. I made a deposit on a van that I never saw. I was told it was fully refundable and have been chasing him for a month to get my $500 back. He has done nothing but lie to me and I still don't have my money. Very disappointed at this lack of honesty and respect.
unprofessional. refused to show paperwork for mvi, warranty and work done to car. having a great deal of trouble getting my down payment back ($2000) even though I have a receipt and written proof I am to get it back in full if unsatisfied. the guy I have been dealing with for three weeks now is Mike. please be very careful with any business here.
