One star is over rating Been trying to get an oppt for 6 months calling. Over 11 calls No one knows how and puts me on hold. And then leaves me there. Or says someone will call back and never does. Finally go by in person and no one up front cant make appointment. Finally got someone and makes oppt . Show up to oppt . Its hour and 1/2 drive one way and they tell.me dr not in. Im done with this incompetent bull . Finding another clinic. This one is past incompetent as far its staff. Its like dei hire on steroids.
When my husband finally got the surgery done, the procedure itself went well, but afterward he wasn’t feeling great. Despite explaining his discomfort and the fact that he works with heavy machinery, the doctor’s office insisted he could return to work just because Dr. Pinto note said he was cleared. It felt like the staff cared more about checking boxes than actually listening to the patient’s needs or how he was feeling.
