My husbands long time urologist moved to the Littleton area and as we are in Arvada I needed to find a new urologist. My husband was in the hospital last week with a uti and a kidney stone so we were told to follow up. I called and spoke to a young man. He offered me a 2:00 appointment for today and I asked if he had anything later. He said they could do 3:00. We went today at 2:45 and were first told that I could not go up with my husband. My doctor recommended this practice and for 2 weeks I tried to make an appointment but no one would call me back to schedule an appointment. I left 2 voicemails with the scheduler and 2 messages with the receptionist and even emphasized that I keep ending up in urgent care due to my pain. 3 weeks later STILL no call back. Everyone here is amazing. They listen to you and care. I began going here when I lived in the Denver area. I moved to Las Vegas and couldn’t find anything close to the care I received at TUCC. I will continue to be a patient here, even from Nevada!
Great staff. Dr Sorenson and his associates are very caring doctors and nurses. They take the time necessary to talk to you and explain all the options of treatment to you. I am very pleased with my decision to go to this group for treatment.
