This is THE WORST urgent care to go to. The front desk lay is just downright rude. Expect to be waiting years to get seen when they take you to the back room after checking your vitals let alone there’s only one doctors who can take one person at a time. Very terrible service and everybody is rude.

I would avoid this practice at all costs. I was lied to upon arrival. I had a somewhat unusual situation and asked at the front desk if the provider had experience treating the problem. After asking the Dr., the receptionist nformed me that he said he had the necessary experience. I received care from Ms. Michaela Paduch this past Saturday. There was quite a wait because she was the only one there, I did not mind. She was attentive and extremely helpful.

Lacking wheelchair accessibility (despite the big wheelchair sign on the wall). Doctors and staff did not speak to me as the adult that I am.

Do not come here. Wait time is ridiculous even when there is not a lot of people in the waitlist or waiting room.
