Amazing new facility with so many things to keep you comfortable as well as super attentive nurses and docs. Felt like the VIP experience for urgent care.
Absolutely excellent care. Easy to register and we were seen quickly.
We were visiting from eight hours away when I unexpectedly ended up in the Urgency Room with a kidney stone. From the front desk staff to the nurses, techs, and Dr. Benjamin, everyone provided exceptional care. I was seen quickly, and every person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I spent way more time at the Urgency Room than anyone would like. For about 3 months, I was there every other week as I was dealing with a few illnesses all exacerbated by an underlying medical mystery. Despite my continuing to come back and my frequent complaint of mostly just not feeling "right," the staff were always nice and compassionate. Received great care From the time I walked in to my contact with the doctor. Doctor listened to my needs And help me Feel better than when I came in. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs to be seen. They were very quick with my care. I will definitely visit again.
