I was in town for a corporate function and became very ill with what was later diagnosed as Flu A. Although I chose this clinic as it was the closest to my hotel, I was really impressed. I cannot remember visiting another urgent care center that was as well-designed, clean and professionally run. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and this included a chest x-ray.
Consistently stay recommending the Urgency Room to everyone. Genuinely will not find care like this anywhere else in the city. Golden Valley is the newest edition and closest to me now and it is my go to for health issues. Went in with food poisoning today & even tho I’ve been to different locations multiple times, today was by far the best experience I’ve had with them. If you are a person of color DO NOT use this urgent care for services. I had to leave this facility without receiving care due to how rude, impatient, condescending and dismissive the nurse was being during check in. She was so disrespectful toward me I literally didn’t feel comfortable allowing her to work on my body for my safety. This is the best urgent care to go to, you can schedule what time you’ll be seen everyone across the board is nice and helpful 10/10. They have snacks and juice for the kids plus water and drinks in the lobby for the adults. The best customer service you’ll get for urgent care.
Sad to say i have had to go to the urgency room a few times the past couple months but I can’t say enough positives. Each time they met me with comfort, kindness, and compassion. They are adorable and care about you and take their time. For the 2 workers at the front desk today 01/27/26 thank you for your kindness and making me laugh!
