This place is awful
A new doctor visit is $686 for just the visit not including labs. Before I was seen I asked for an estimate and they couldn't give one. If a visit starts at $686 they should say that. The care itself was fine but the billing practices are disgusting.

I’m not usually one to post on here, but it’s time. Yesterday I was treated at the UR (Eagan)for a migraine and vomiting. My BP was 171/102. It is in my file that I have a history of stroke (2), Pseudotumor cerebri, Lupus (SLE) and Sjogrens disease. I have 32 listened allergies with several of them being full categories. The website said they were doing testing for COVID-19. I went through the process of getting registered in at the front desk and told three people in the process that I didn’t have symptoms and I just wanted to get tested. They continued to process me and put me in a room. They had me talk to a couple doctors. They asked me why I was there. I said I was just here to get tested. Horrible people! They turned away my 3 year old son when he fell off his bed because my husband has a balance! My son has different insurance and the bill from his visit would have been paid no problems! When I called to complain they said when I called to ask if I was taking him to the right place they said they could treat him but when I called to complain they said I didn’t say everything which I did! I will never go here again!

The doctor that I saw did not listen to me at all. He compared my symptoms to a child he had the day before. Then told me, that's what REAL pain is. I have great insurance, so money was not an issue. I ended up going to another urgent care where I was treated. The doctors name was Ian McKelvey Moorhead. Nothing worse than feeling awful, going to get care, being told you're not feeling as bad as a previous patient, then being dismissed.
