Big shoutout to Ashley and her team for crushing it when I sold my Downtown Seattle condo! She gave me a super realistic take on the market, laid out my options, and once I was ready to list, nailed the presentation, leveraged her solid network, and totally delivered with the open houses. Ashley's got that efficiency and strategy, and she totally had my back even when I was MIA abroad. Best part of my 2025—thanks, Ashley! 🙌 Highly recommend.

The worst of the worse in property management. Slow the respond. Incompetent staff. I feel it for those owners using them. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this inept company

We had an excellent experience with the Ashley and the UrbanAsh Team, who demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. Ash and her team are the best of the best. We put our condo on the market during the absolute WORST time in the market, with high interest rates combined with declining interest in condos at the time. They still got it sold, checked in with us regularly during lulls, and took care of every last detail along the way. It was a huge relief and we'll always be grateful for their industry-leading professionalism, stellar expertise, and most of all their humanity and warmth as people.

I admit it -- I am high maintenance when it comes to real estate. But when you're dealing with expensive properties, you want the best realtor to represent you and your future. And that best realtor is Ashley Hayes. Hands down. Intelligent, confident, and with loads of experience, she is the person you want in your corner. I couldn't recommend her and her team more highly. She'll be the first person we turn to if we ever need real estate assistance again.
