I chose Urban spa because they are open evenings and weekends, which is amazing! The staff are ALWAYS friendly and professional. I get the waxing service which is always done in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The automated booking service can sometimes be troublesome, but any time I've had a problem, it gets followed up by live support to straighten it out. Always had great experiences here and would recommend.
Edited: i thought expiring loyalty was illegal in ontario. I wont be back nor will i suggest this business.
I’ve been coming to this massage spa for years, and it has always been such a wonderful experience. Kerri, Gwen, and Cole are all absolutely amazing — professional, caring, and genuinely wonderful at what they do. You always feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where you can trust the people completely and know you’re in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional massage, facial or any aesthetic service. A truly caring team!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I will NEVER go here again!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire adult life. If you are going to try this place out I would highly suggest not getting a gift card. Always read Google reviews!!!!! Also, a business that has to respond to a bad review 18 times is clearly doing what the bad review is suggesting!
