I had an indie head massage and seasonal facial with Lynecho, it was such a relaxing experience. Clean and cozy space with lovely staff, very happy overall 😊
I’ve been to the urban spa for sugaring Brazilian a couple of times now, and my experience has been just okay overall. The space itself is clean and the staff are friendly, which I appreciated. However, the results haven’t been as consistent as I’d hoped. During my first visit, there was quite a bit of hair breakage, and I noticed regrowth sooner than expected. Very friendly staff and Cole, the therapist was fabulous. Very in tune to my needs. Looking forward to my next treatment!
The staff was lovely & the place was nice but the parking situation was not ideal when they're busy. I also can't justify paying almost $100 after tax & tip for a basic pedicure that I had to go out in the snow in sandals in a few minutes later.
