Paige and her staff are absolutely amazing! Tank loves going to Urban Paw and always looks amazing when we pick him up. Paige is always willing to go out of her way to make sure our fur baby is well taken care of.

This review is less about the haircut and more about the customer service. The haircut is not what I wanted which isn't shocking since the owner flat out says she won't do what you want, she has to do it her own way - because it's beneath her, I guess, to listen to the whims of the customer? I should have trusted my gut and walked back out the door this morning with an ungroomed dog. I was unhappy with her attitude when I dropped him off in the morning. The owner is a lovely person & so kind & gentle with the pups. She's doing hand stripping for me for my terrier, & I couldn't be happier! There are also wonderful food choices available at the shop for purchase.
I searched a long time for a groomer. We have found our home. Paige is the best at what she does. We have a Maltipoo and a Saint Bernard that are seen every 4 weeks. They look amazing!
The best!! Paige's goal is to become a master groomer and she is well on her way. My Tresor won't go anywhere else!
