I worked here for 2 .5 years. They take advantage of artists who need stable jobs, extremely under pay them, take the profits for themselves/sales team, and pay men craftsmen (that have less experience) more than women craftsmen who are much more skilled and experienced. Their entire culture and way they treat employees is a massive facade for marketing.
I’m just here to refute the review where “AJ” is complaining about the phone operators “etiquette”. Look here AJ they probably just didn’t feel like dealing with your bougie ahh. Who cares if you’re spending thousands of dollars on lights it’s not like they are seeing any of that reflected in their pay. Ohhh yeah and uh, beautiful lights, A+ would see again.
