I am so disappointed in my puppy's first haircut. I explained to the groomer exactly what I wanted. I actually left feeling like a crazy lady feeling like I over explained and gave too much direction. I said "barely take ANYTHING off." She used her clippers and shaved him. I brought him in and his fur was about 5" long and so fluffy. I picked him up and he was 1" all over. She offered me a free bath and nail trim but I honestly feel I deserve a full refund. We love The Urban Dog! Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products! My dog is on a special diet where you can always count on them carrying special items or they can order! They have everything! My dog adores getting groomed by Renee! She is very patient. Great supply of sweaters! My dog is always very excited the moment we drive up!
This place is amazing! Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful. Abby is seems to be there a lot when we are there. She even remembers our dog had a cast on two months ago! The fact you can walk in and people remember you and ask you if you need help even though it isn't a big store or they know you have been there several times always makes you feel like they care. They have treats there I can't find anywhere else. I'm thankful to have a place close by with treats that are high quality.
Our dogs love their birthday treats and new toy!!!!
