Just brought my pup in for his nails to be trimmed for the first time and he was so shy and nervous. But the friendly staff helped get him be more comfortable and even laid patiently on the floor with him and pet him all over until he was okay to let Renee clip his nails. Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front even fed him a few treats to bring him out of his shell :)

We love Urban Dog! They are by far our favorite store! We love taking our schnauzers there because they always give them individualized attention. The staff is amazing!!! We only buy American made toys, treats, food and products so we are so thankful that Urban Dog carries a huge variety for us to choose from. And their groomers are awesome there! I don't know what we would do if we didn't have Urban Dog!
