Despite the seemingly lower rent payment, for a 2 bedroom apartment you will pay over $250 for utilities including water, electricity, gas, trash sewer. $75 to $80 of this will be due with rent. For an $1100 square foot apartment utilities and gas run on average $150 and above. You can hear every step above you and every song in cars outside. They used to include cable but as of 12/1 cable will no longer be included. Every year faithfully they raise the rent. Not enough bang for your buck for this property.
Water has been shut off many many times per year. We experience plumbing issues constantly and there are so many cats living under the apartments. Don’t move here!
I came here from New York to see the properties with my family as we’re looking to move by the end of the school year. A Hispanic (or possibly Caucasian woman) woman with glasses, short hair and in a pretty dress showed us around and was very rude from the start. She spoke in the most condescending way, treated us as though we were less than and couldn’t afford such a nice place which btw I have seen way nicer. apartment may not be in move-in condition (mine was not). It takes many requests to have problems fixed. I finally just gave up on some issues because it is less stressful to d it myself. Staff is polite but does not communicate well and lacks competence. Rent has increased 15% since I signed my lease two months ago. I do not plan to renew.
