Hello, I submitted a request on Sunday 6/29for my kitchen sink being backed up. As of today Tuesday 6/30 evening the issue has not been resolved. I cannot cook not clean my dishes because of this issue. When will this be fixed? Am I going to get reimbursed for the take out expense I have taken, due to this lack of attention. I came here from New York to see the properties with my family as we’re looking to move by the end of the school year. A Hispanic (or possibly Caucasian woman) woman with glasses, short hair and in a pretty dress showed us around and was very rude from the start. She spoke in the most condescending way, treated us as though we were less than and couldn’t afford such a nice place which btw I have seen way nicer. Was there for 1 year. Horrible experience. Managment is nice when you go to take a tour of the property and then when you sign and move no one saids hi. Under renovation for more than a year now. No one works there.... rent was about to go up. We went to the office to tell them we weren't going to renew the lease and the said: is the rent too much? we can lower it if you need us to do it.... are you kidding me? now that we are leaving you said the rent is too much??? Been living here for almost 3 years...and nothing but problems. Mold, ac freezes up all the time, amenities been closed for over an year..maintenance man is rude...cars fly through the parking lot...way over priced....
I so sorry I signed a new 1yr lease. I moved in last year and 2 months later they closed the main pool and the amenities. . ok, management said it would be done Jan 2016. IT'S NOW MAY. I RARELY SEE WORKERS , the material on the ground is getting corraded. The security is bad, people walk in or drive. I don't mean a couple ,alot. I see it taking 6 months or more. I'm looking into a class action suit because most people don't like it.
