This property is misrepresenting people by telling them that they are going to remodel, the bowling alley that hasn't worked for 7 years. People just walk into the property to use our pool and nothing gets done. You call the Corporate office to complain and they tell you to call the leasing office. When you call the leasing office they tell you to call the Corporate office. They gym area has equipment that looks like it's 20 years old. They raise your rent every year and you get nothing for it. They really should be paying us to live here! People don't clean up after their dogs even with bags two feet away. People park on the grass and the bowling alley has never worked since I've been here.
If I could rate this crap hole zero stars, I would! Stay far away!!! My kitchen sink currently has a swamp underneath it. I called the after hours maintenance number and the woman tells me "this is not considered an emergency. " She then proceeds to give me examples of what real emergencies are. This is nothing compared to what I've had to deal with over the last 3 yrs.
