we discussed how we wanted our pomeranian trimmed and he came home with choppy hair around his ears and almost NO hair inside of his ears after I told her we wanted the hair left in his ears. We asked that his rear end not be trimmed close & she trimmed super short. I even contacted our current groomer for the length & sent some pictures from our groomer to help her out. i got a message a few hours after we picked him up that she misunderstood but I think she just didn't listen. RecommendedToday I took my Golden Retriever & Great Pyrenees to the upscale tail for the first time. If you haven’t been here yet then you’re totally missing out. She did such an amazing job grooming my girls and they have never looked so good. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve had them groomed. Their hair was matted behind the ears and nails were out of control. Our fur babies were so well taken care of and I could tell they were completely comfortable with Amy. Haircut and trim looked fabulous! We also really appreciated the daily updates and photos while we were away. Will definitely return!

I highly recommend you bring your four legged babies here. I bring both of mine and she does an excellent job with both of them. Very good service and great prices. I always feel comfortable leaving them and i can tell my dogs love it there.
