Everyone is and has always been so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Rose, Larry and one other young man, he wears a mask, are all great I don't think I would go anywhere else for my important shipments. Thank you all.
I have 3 UPS stores that are equal in distance to me and this is the ONLY one with friendly and competent people working. Rose is the absolute sweetest and went above and beyond for me for some printing I did for my daughter’s wedding. But everyone that works here has always been pleasant and fast!
Trying to track down a package. Just not helpful at all They just say come back tomorrow. (package not found) now I get a notice saying return to sender
