I came to UPS to ship a painting. I visited the location ahead of time and while I was greeted promptly, the employee continually had a phone conversation on what I assume is their personal device while trying to answer my questions. They did not have the shipping materials I needed in store, and the employee would not give me a price estimate for shipping the piece even though I had the exact dimensions with me (15"x30"x1.5", not a huge painting).
