I used the online scheduling option on their website for a notary appointment. It was confirmed via text and email - and I received an additional email reminder the morning of the appointment. When I arrived at the correct time I was told they wouldn't have a notary until hours later. When I asked why the app would allow me to pick an incorrect time, the employee said they know it happens. I go there often to send packages to my kids and returns to send out. They were very helpful when we needed a notary and personal things faxed to NY when a family member passed. And I send out items that I sell on line. Sharon Wilder
