This store is now under new ownership, and boy are they doing a great job! I've had minimal to no wait times when I've been in, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with all of my shipping and return-related questions. This is now my go-to UPS store!

The UPS store at McCandless Crossing is super fast! They have a self service machine for Amazon returns that I'd never used before. So the friendly clerk, Cheryl, taught me how to use it. Even so, I was in and out in 5 minutes. l'm so happy with the new ownership!
