New management and ownership is awesome. Been going to this location for years, based on convenience but prior staff was always miserable and complaining. 3x in a row I have noticed the new staff and I had to confirm the change. They are helpful , attentive and pleasant with a smile! New ownership and Manager Marissa has made a world of difference at this location, so if the prior staff left a bad taste in your mouth, be sure to return and give this location another try!
I've been at this location about 10 times, not once has the staff ever been friendly. I use 3 other UPS locations, and they are always friendly (especially Wexford location) not asking for much , just hate the miserableness ***UPDATE*** I have been to this store twice since this post , and both people I have interacted with, has been very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for taking care of the problem!!
Arrived that The UPS Store right as they were getting ready for the morning and they were very engaging and friendly! Mailed my package with help from the associate. A Very Positive experience!!
