Zero stars is too good for this establishment. I had to go there to drop off a package for my boss because it's kind of on my way home. It was the second time I was waited on by Gregory Glass. The first time he was rude and seemed annoyed because he had to do something. Okay, everybody has a bad day. I get it. Today, same baditude. Yep, bad attitude. He did not speak a word to me, scanned the packages and handed me the receipt. Unbelievably unprofessional. I should have read all the other reviews first. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Please, please, please do not use this location! I've never met such a rude person, and unbelievably he's the owner. I have used this specific UPS store several dozen times because it's conveniently located near my home. Plus, the employees are very nice, helpful and pleasant. However, I hope to never use this location again after today's experience. This is only the third time I have seen the owner in the store, and the third time I've had a HORRIBLE experience with him (3 out of 3). He has no idea who I am, so it's not lik... read more

I wouldn't recommend this store for notary. The charges are very high and the notary person was very rude and unprofessional.

Normally I have found UPS stores to have friendly, efficient employees except for the owner of this one Gregory C. Glass. He was unnecessarily officious, and rude. Though this was the closest UPS store to me, I will never go there again.
