Have tried to ship out multiple packages and when given shipping number to track The number does not work. The items do not make it to their destination and they just sit in the store for days on the end with no contact. Received a note that said “cus Monday” from this UPS location for an excuse as to why my two packages have not been shipped out when I’ve been sitting there for a week. Do not go here if you actually would like to ship something.
I'm not sure about the recent bad reviews - Maybe they fixed the problem! I arrived today and completed an Amazon return and recycled my Nespresso aluminum pods. The person I interacted with was friendly and efficient. She even thanked me for coming in and wished me a good day.
After trying to return packages on 12/1 and being unable to because of QR code issues I arrive at this location on 12/2 to have an employee standing outside of the door telling customers they are closed and not allowing entry despite being there before closing.
Great service. Very fast and professional. The lady that waited on me was very nice, a lil older lady with shorter hair.
Greeted with puzzled looks and forced to talk through one employee to another. Came in to ship a Verizon trade-in and asked for a UPS padded envelope (normally free). Instead, I was rudely pointed to bubble wrap for sale, and another cashier dismissively asked, “What is it he wants?” Once I told her to speak to me directly, the process was simple—just scan the QR code and they handle the packaging. No need to play telephone—talk to customers directly. We all speak English.
