Your clerk named Heather needs to be fired! So rude I thought I was being punked! I made a comment to her about the company on the papers I brought in to be notary stamped and she said” that company means nothing to me “ ! Strange comment , then yelled at me for bringing the papers in somewhat out of order as I wanted her to immediately see the two pages flagged that needed stamped! Heather, old lady clerk was rude from the get go....I see other negative reviews on her. Would have left zero stars IF I could !!! Mgt should look into firing her
Shipping was so much easier and cheaper than the post office. Staff was excellent
The staff there is very friendly. Not me, but with rude customers, they are very patient.
If I could 0 stars I would. Very rude, nasty and unpleasant people that work here.
