Fast and friendly
I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews here. I brought an assortment of items in on Monday, February 10th that needed to be shipped to Atlanta. The two ladies working behind the counter were both amicable and helpful to all. I was delighted to find that my items were expertly packed and well-protected upon their arrival to Atlanta. I appreciate the time and thoroughness of care that was given to them. Thank you ladies!
This store is exceptional! The service quality and friendliness is always great. They are fast, reliable, and friendly. I am at this store nearly every day for my business mailbox and to ship out customer orders.
If this stores location was not so convenient, I would not do business with them. An old lady with receding hairline, gray short hair, cut into a bob hair style and lots of freckles is one of the rudest women I have ever met. On several occasions she has been very rude to me and had made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Today I dropped off a package and she is like that with everyone. It’s sad that the owner, maybe she is the owner, would keep an employee with such bad customer service skills. Just very unfortunate.
