This store is horrible. They packed and shipped a prized family painting without adequate wrapping and protection and refused to stand behind their terrible work when it was damaged in transit. Stay away from this store and their rude way of doing business.
First of all, don't use UPS and if you have no other carrier choice other than UPS, please avoid going to this particular UPS Store. They only use the UPS name and logo (cause every franchise is independent), but have no knowledge of UPS policies or delivery issues and on top of that act as ignorant as possible. These people definitely donot help customers, but loot money from them. Horrible customer service!!! Very rude people. Overall UPS sucks, UPS franchises suck even more.
