Emonee and Barbara were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with a complicated return of multiple items to an employer that the South Park location refused to help with. Thank you for your professionalism!

I always received good service until the gentleman forced me to use the kiosk for an Amazon return instead of handing it himself. Amazon told me they've received numerous complaints when customers use the kiosk. By using the kiosk, Amazon will not give you provisional credit for your return in 2 to 4 hours after drop off. It takes up to 2 weeks. I understand the UPS workers may have several customers in the store, there were 2 others besides me in the store, but do your job and don't force customers to use the kiosk.
