I have to do most of my shopping online, which can mean regular returns at the UPS store. Everyone at this branch is great - very kind, courteous, congenial, and helpful. Emani is a standout in particular, a real gem of a person, and an employee who makes everything seem like it's no trouble at all - even when it is. A big thanks to all for making a chore an actual pleasure!

I would give this business a zero if I could On Friday morning October 10 at approximately 10:30 PM I called this store My reason for calling was to get an extremely important legal document notarized The store employee I spoke with told me a notary would be available until 2:30 PM to perform this task. Shipped a package two days ago, October 8 and wanted it to go to California the slowest way. It was a fairly heavy and large and the price around $90 which was fine. Went there today to ship another package to California and I asked them for the slowest way. They said it would reach there by October 17 seven days later for $160. This package was half the size and about 8lbs. I said there must be some mistake because this is how much smaller and lighter package and he reassured me that that was the cheapest amount.
