excellent customer service! I recently sent a package from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Western Australia... the package never arrived at my friend's place there. I was told I had to go back to the location where I sent it from, and Ashley helped me through the whole process of filing my claim. Though I am unhappy with UPS for losing this package , being that it was very expensive to send to the other side of the planet , Ashley was very sympathetic to my situation and was very knowledgeable in the claim process...
