I have never had any problems with package delivery from UPS (unlike the other service (FEx) that makes really stupid mistakes all too often).
Guy behind the desk was incredibly unhelpful. A line a mile long, and he tells me the Amazon return QR code is only good for one of the Amazon return boxes despite the confirmation clearly showing a quantity of 2. He said “I understand it says 2 but If you want them both sent they’ll have to be taped together.” Easy enough. I thought he’d throw 12” of tape around them to keep the line moving right? Nope.
