Not worth it This salon offers an average service for the price that you pay. Service is truly unprofessional and not worth the money you spend on the treatments. The staff is not friendly and the stylists manage their own bookings, which is quite tedious

Just in response to the last review....I am a co worker of Christy at The Upper Level. The Keratin smoother was applied correctly and the client was told in advance that this chemical was not a straightener. When the client was unhappy Christy then offered to redo the service for free or to give her a straightener if that was the end result that she was now looking for (also for free). I absolutely love love this salon and jewelry/gift place of business. We were so blessed as we were in a wedding at Graceland and found Christy and Teresa's at The Upper Level in Collerville. My hair looked so beautiful that I fly in every month for this wonderful experience and I come from Florida. The excellence this Salon represents no other has come close. Great southern hospitality and professionalism is why I continue to come back. Thank you for a fantastic experience every time.
Christy is AMAZING! After trying so many other hairdressers who ended up doing what they wanted, it was so nice to find someone who actually listened to me and took the time to show me how I could make my hair look fabulous! She is great!!
I tried Christy after reading the reviews on this site!! So glad I did!! She was amazing!! I never got passed around and she didn't do other clients at the same time. She is so good at color and she is a perfectionist!!! The place is beautiful! Gorgeous fine jewelry!! Now I have to break up with my previous stylist!!
I moved out of Collierville, Tn but I always come back in town to get a relaxer and cut. I will not let anyone else relax and cut my hair other than Christy! She is the best! Collierville's hidden secret!!

Christy is the best! She has been doing my hair for 5 years now! She is the only person who understands my complicated hair! I used to have wavy/curly dirty blond hair and now i have beautiful light blond hair that is super straight due to the keratin treatment she applies. (And only Christy knows the secret to the proper Keratin treatment). Before she started treating my hair I never got complimented...now I have people stop me randomly just so they can touch my hair.
