Regarding the Customer service and customer satisfaction area: September 30, 2020 Today, my husband called UPPER CRUST to order a cake for my birthday. He asked if the frosting could please be lighter than the heavy frosting they use. Sounds like a simple request. The assistant manager stated they only do whipped cream frosting (which is lighter than the butter cream they use) on Fridays. My birthday falls on a Thursday.
