Regarding the Customer service and customer satisfaction area: September 30, 2020 Today, my husband called UPPER CRUST to order a cake for my birthday. He asked if the frosting could please be lighter than the heavy frosting they use. Sounds like a simple request. The assistant manager stated they only do whipped cream frosting (which is lighter than the butter cream they use) on Fridays. My birthday falls on a Thursday. Couldn’t find bread in the stores. Ordered a loaf and cinnamon rolls and got them yesterday! Amazing! My new bread place! So glad they are open during these difficult times! Well done Upper Crust!
The Upper Crust bakery is open, and the people are really helpful. We bought an assortment of cookies, and some cinnamon rolls. Delicious!
