The doctors were really concerned about me and trying to find my problem they care about you and that says a lots thanks to the staff on 5th floor very helpfulpeople

The medical staff and professionals are top notch, but the customer service representative for medical icu leaves a lot to be desired! Rude and hateful is putting it mildly. A little kindness goes a very long way in a place like this.
