I need to say something there were some awesome members at this hospital and this review does not reflect them. I just want to explain what I underwent here at this hospital and I feel like there are issues. I came here on Tuesday under duress for chest pain after my EKG and blood work I was admitted the PA at that time was so nice how ever while I was having these heart issues I waited in the waiting room for two hours while I was having the attack. My wife was in this emergencyroom for over 8 hours. They took her vitals and sent her back to waiting room. CT scan and back to the waiting room. Ultrasound and back to the waiting room. They had my wife hooked to an IV in the waiting room. They didn't have anyone onduty to read the Ultrasound so we did get the results until 9:30 am. She went there at 5pm the previous day. I will never ever go here again. I will drive to GBMC or any other hospital even if its an hour away. This place is horrible and should be closed.
I have been in the hospital since Saturday afternoon with a sugar level of 859. I have had the best experience ever. The ER staff was outstanding. When I got upstairs to my room Amber and Liz (tech) were there to meet me at my room. They both were very friendly and understanding of my needs and provided the best care I have ever had anywhere. I have been trying to process this for the last month and a half. I was brought here after a vehicle accident on 12/16/2025 by ambulance. I told EVERYONE from paramedics, to police, to hospital staff, I have a bleeding disorder. They were given my medical treatment card which listed my diagnosis, treatments, dosage amounts, and my treatment center contact information which I called myself and was advised to come to them and not stay where I was.
