Horrible place , a security guard asalted me I want him fired, was left in waiting room 5 or 6 hours with an IV that didn't work and I woke up and never touched him you were snoring so your fine. One month ago should have pressed charges (assault,) last night was told only two doctors on shift last night seen a doctor 6:hours later no concern for me as a person. Go to patient first or express care they treat u like a person . I guess that's why they shut the hospital in havergace down , no doctors and under staffed
My husband was hospitalized for 3 weeks and numerous mistakes were made that affected his health. He aspirated on his feeding tube and the doctor ordered more food . I insisted on a lung specialist and thankfully she knew right away he was aspirating. That same doctor (Mohammed Mohammed) ordered a procedure that we waited 3 days for ... only to be told on the day of procedure that they dont do that procedure at hospital and no one is trained to do it. The nurses , techs, and receptionists are so damn arrogant it’s disgusting. God forbid if your black your stopped constantly, I had my name tag appropriately placed, I was chased down by a woman and asked to show it to her, they stop everybody black! My other family members experienced the same thing. It took the nurses almost a week to address her tailbone pain, she was getting a bed sore, i brought her something to help the situation, they complained, but finally addressed the issues. This place could have cost me my life. Please do not go to this facility. I was instructed by Patient First to go to the ED because my kidneys were failing. Bloodwork was sent over. My registration was not completed so I had to wait several hours until they completed the paperwork. The nurse refused to listen to me as I explained to them it would be difficult to get my blood. I tried to discuss my concerns with several staff members. They don't care. This hospital has a problem with communication. There are several racist at... read more
