Gotta love University of Kansas Health System when they send a bill due THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS for additional money for a procedure performed ELEVEN MONTHS AGO that we assumed was long since paid for in full. We were pleased with our experience up until now. BAH HUMBUG to you too, University of Kansas Health!

I had to go to the ER there last night and had the best experience. I live in Gardner so it's a bit of a drive but it was worth it. Jeannie was my nurse and she deserves so much praise. I really wasn't feeling well and she took such good care of me and eased my mind and made my mom comfortable too. I just want her to get the praise she deserves. they are friendly, fast and quite professional in all areas that I have been exposed to.
This hospital and their lack of communication/organization almost cost my husband his life. It took 3 months for them to admit they weren’t capable of treating his rare sarcoma cancer and to be told there was no effective treatment available. Thank god for Barnes Jewish hospital and Siteman cancer Center in St Louis and Oncologist who understand the difference between treatable and curable. KU is about numbers not lives. If you have sarcoma run and run fast and don’t look back. Your life literally depends on it.
The hospital is huge but was treated wonderful they helped my son after being in pain for a month and half. Thank you, No words can be said. The doctor's are amazing and the staff were great. God Bless
