Omg KU is awful. Its a maze, no one answers their phone, absolutely no help for patients, no one is nice or helpful. Terrible patient service. Wish we never had to go back but looks like my husband will have to go back. One word visit; nightmare
Just received a letter from this practice saying my doctor is stepping away and I need to find a replacement. Not at their practice, mind you, and they did not provide any suggestions for who I might go to instead. This letter addresses me as a "Valued Patient" and says they are "committed to my care". I'm going to have to find someone soon because they will stop filing my prescriptions in five months. Even if I find someone today, who knows if I can get an appointment soon enough.
