I had Aortic valve replacement surgery on the 15th of July. Here I am today still ticking away. I feel better now than I have in years. Treatment was amazing and I was very relaxed the whole time. Thank you so much
I was kept an extra day and half for nothing. Could not get second opinion when I asked for one. Called patient relations had to leave a message. They never called me back. They called the nurse instead and she came to my room. If I have any other medical issues while working in Kansas City I wouldn't be coming back.
Word class medicine! Period! My experience as a patient could not have been any better under the circumstances. The staff listened, cared and followed through. Exceptional, knowledgeable staff!
